The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, in companion matters this Court has vide order passed on 22.08.2016 permitted the withdrawal of 50% amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount. The learned Counsel therefore prayed for passing similar order in the present matter also. Shri. Dande, learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body does not have any objection for passing such order. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1.

The applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of

The applicants are further permitted to withdraw remaining 50% deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount or the Bank guarantee in the like amount of any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil application stands disposed of.
