Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking transfer of petition A/306/2021 filed by respondent/husband for restitution of conjugal rights from Family Court Aurangabad to Family Court, Jalna. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the aforesaid petition can be conveniently transferred to Jalna. He only pointed out that the proceeding filed by the applicant in Family Court Jalna has been already decided. However, in view of his submission following order is passed :

ORDER

1) The application is allowed.

2) The Petition No.A/306/2021 is hereby transferred from family Court Aurangabad to Family Court Jalna for disposal according to law.

4) The application accordingly disposed of.
