This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of Crime No. 385/2022, registered with Sengaon police station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned A.P.P. submits that during pendency of the application the trial has been concluded by the judgment and order dated 08.02.2024. He places on record a copy of the judgment and order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sengaon, in Regular Criminal Case No. 55/2023.
