This motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th September, 2022.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that, this Court has allowed the appeal fled by the appellant - Insurance Company. In the operative part of the order in clause (ii), this Court has directed respondent Nos.3 and 4 to pay compensation amount of Rs.2,75,0000/-, it should be amount of Rs.2,75,000/-. 3.

Learned Counsel further submits that, this Court has Pooja K.

{2} S-FA-442-2006 permitted "appellant" to withdraw the amount in clause (iii) of the operative order, it should be "respondent No.1". Hence, requested to pass appropriate orders. 4.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for respondent No.1, "respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall jointly and severally pay the compensation amount of Rs.2,75,000/-" and "respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw amount".

The corrections be made accordingly.

The motion stands disposed of.
