The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that his biological brother namely Jaiprakash Gangadhar Pupulwad has been granted a validity certificate by this Court vide judgment dated 10.10.2023. 2.

The proceedings of the Petitioner are pending at the stage of the vigilance inquiry.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off with the following directions:

a) The Vigilance Cell inquiry would be completed within 60 days.

( 2 ) 924 wp 1491.24 b) The Petitioner tenders his e-mail address as laxmanpupulwad54@gmail.com and makes a statement that the further correspondence with the Petitioner can be made on this e-mail address and he would not take a ground that he could not access his e-mail or failed to read his e-mail.

c) The Vigilance Cell inquiry report and the notice of the committee would be issued to the Petitioner on the email address extending clear 15 days time for him to respond.

d) The Petitioner shall tender the written submissions and documents in response to the notice after the Vigilance Cell inquiry, within 15 days. e) After the hearing is concluded, the committee shall pass an order on the claim of the Petitioner within 45 days.

f) The Petitioner shall render wholehearted cooperation to the committee and would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest, the committee would be justified in progressing to the further stages of the proceeding.
