We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitionerinstitution has applied for permission as per the new Act of the year 2015. The respondents be directed to decide the same.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent/State. 4.

In case the petitioner has filed application for registration under the Act, 2015 as per the procedure and the said application is complete in all respects, then the same shall be decided by the authorities expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of three months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
