This civil applications are filed for restoring the civil applications for intervention. The civil applications are rejected on the ground that office objections were not removed. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" on condition that office objections are removed within a period of two (02) weeks from today, failure to remove the office objections shall entail rejection of civil applications.
