Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed the present petition, as the petitioner intends to move before the Respondent-Collector seeking allotment of land from the category of Ex-service man.

If such an application is made, but for the land which is already mentioned in the earlier communication, which is gayran land, we direct the respondent-Collector to decide the same within a period of three months.
