The grievance of the petitioner is that though the order dated 28.02.2014 is passed by respondent No.3 in favour of the petitioner, there is no compliance of the said order. The petitioner was not granted back wages, prompting him to file Writ Petition No.701/2015 before the learned Single Judge. The Management, aggrieved by the order of respondent No.3, filed Writ Petition No.11921/2014. Both the petitions have been admitted on 11.08.2022 and the learned Single Judge has refused interim relief. It is in this backdrop that the petitioner approached respondent No.3 to ensure that it's order is implemented.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We would expect respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide all the representations of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.04.2023.
