Mr. Awate, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner only seeks relief that respondent no.3 shall decide the representations at Exhibit "E" and Exhibit "F" annexed with the petition. 2.

Mr. Bilolikar, the learned Counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 - Municipal Council, submits that respondent no.3 would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of the above, respondent no.3 i.e. Chief Officer of the Municipal Council / appropriate authority shall decide the representations dated 23-4-2012 and 21-9-2012 (Exhibits "E" and "F", pages 36 to 45 with the petition), on its own merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
