Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 i.e. the acquiring body. Having regard to the grounds of objection raised by respondent no.1 in exception to the impugned award and considering the averments made in the present application, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, the applicants will redeposit the said amount within four months of passing such order.
