Heard. The order passed by this Court on 20th January 2016 stands modified to the extent and in relation to the publication of the results of the tender process on Website. It is informed that, since the applicants (original respondents) are pursuing online tender process, on opening of the second envelope, the financial bids of the competitive bidders would be

C.A.St. No.3498/2016 automatically made known to all. Considering the technical difficulties put forth by the applicants (original respondents) we deem it appropriate to issue following directions : (i) The applicants (original respondents) may declare the financial bids of the respective bidders who participate in the second round of bidding, however, the applicants (original respondents) shall not accept any offer and shall not issue the work order.

(ii) The second round of tender process shall be subject to the outcome of the instant petition.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
