Learned counsel for the applicants was directed to produce the Roznamas i.e. order sheet. The Roznama does not indicate the next date. However, it has been endorsed that next

6-WP.1575-24.odt date would be informed. This is an incorrect practice. The next date shall be informed to the opposite side forthwith when the matter is adjourned. The learned counsel for the petitioner has raised the objection that the Hon'ble Minister has no jurisdiction to deal with the matter of the Registrar under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Since the issue involved appears short, instead of keeping this matter pending, the Hon'ble Minister may be requested to expedite the matter and disposed of within four

(4) weeks from the date of the receipt of this order. 6.
