The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has submitted an application under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code to the Tahsildar, Sillod for right of new way and he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to persue the matter before the Tahsildar, in compliance of the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Sillod. 2.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as above.
