The learned AGP draws our attention to an order dated 06.02.2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik in Appeal u/s 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. The Petitioner would have to challenge this order.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would file a fresh petition and assail the order dated 06.02.2024.
