Learned AGP submits that a lot of time had been consumed in obtaining certified copy and thereafter the official compliance was required to be done and under such circumstances delay has been caused.

Learned advocate for the respondent submits that these are not the reasons good enough for condonation of delay. 3.

However, application for certified copy itself had been moved after getting knowledge of the decision and thereafter, it appears that official complacence had also taken some time.

{2} ca1939-15 Looking at that the State and its machinery, there appears to be explanation for delay which cannot be termed as huge and unreasonable. The delay does not appear to be intentional or deliberate and is not so much that would cause prejudice to the other side.

In such a case, the delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed and is disposed of.
