1) The application is filed for permission to withdraw amount by original claimant. Copy of order made by Commissioner dated 16-12-2015 is produced to show that amount of Rs.1,48,643.80 paise deposited was allowed to be withdrawn by the original claimant and remaining amount of Rs.1,22,476.20 paise is to be returned to the sugar factory.

2) In view of this order and the fact that the present appeal is disposed of, this Court holds that permission to withdraw the amount needs to be granted.
