Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

By way of present application, the applicants prays for placing on record the documents in the nature of communication. 3.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the applicants that these documents only further the case of the petitioners and these documents are the communications exchanged between the State authorities, as such, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents State authorities by placing of record these documents.

The application is allowed in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicants in terms of prayer clause (A). 5.

Amendment be carried out during the course of the day. 6.

At the outset, Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that by typographical error in prayer clause (D) in writ petition, the words "be stayed" are missing and the petitioners be permitted to correct the prayer clause (D) by adding the words "be stayed". The oral prayer granted. Amendment be carried out during the course of the day. 7.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15th March, 2019. 8.
