The grievance is only that in spite of repeated requests, the learned Divisional Commissioner is not considering the application of the petitioner seeking stay to the order passed by the learned District Collector revoking the arms license given to the petitioner. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the petition.

Suffice it to say that, respondent No.1 shall consider the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed off.
