The petitioner/institution is seeking reimbursement under Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in respect of the students admitted in its school under that Act.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned Standing Counsel for Union of India waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice

1723.25wp (2) on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4. Learned advocate Mr Kadam waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.5. 3.

The respondents shall undertake necessary inquiry in the light of the petitioner's claim, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks. If the petitioner is found entitled to have some reimbursement, it shall be disbursed to it within six weeks thereafter.
