Learned Advocate for the applicants seeks to withdraw this Civil Revision Application in view of subsequent events, by which, the respondents original plaintiffs who had challenged the Revenue entries before the Revenue Authorities has succeeded and a Writ Petition to that effect is pending in this Court.

Learned Advocate for respondents states that in view of amendment to Section 9-A of Code of Civil Procedure, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application. 3.
