By this application, the applicants are praying for recalling of order dated 7.11.2014, by which, the application as against respondent no.2 was rejected, as the applicants failed to serve respondent no.2-informant. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as respondent no.2-informant and the learned APP. After rejection of the application as against respondent no.2informant on 7.11.2014, on 6.1.2015 Shri Sayyed Tousif Yaseen Faruquee, Advocate has appeared for respondent no.2-informant. The main Criminal Application No.1029/2014 is being taken for final hearing and as such, the order dated 7.11.2014 rejecting the application as against respondent no.2, is recalled.
