The learned counsel for petitioner states that though he has tried to contact, the petitioner has not responded till date. The challenge is to the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007 which deals with giving priority to the self-help groups in allotting license for fair price shop and kerosene. The challenge to the same has failed before this Court. The Apex Court has also confirmed the same and dismissed the SLP filed by such license holder. 3.

Considering the fact that learned counsel for petitioner also does not have any instructions, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Rule

discharged. No costs.
