Learned counsel for applicant tenders across a photocopy of settlement pursis between the parties dated 21st May, 2018. The same is marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Learned counsel for applicant states that there has been settlement between the parties in proceedings bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application no. 205 of 2016, initiated under section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code in which one of the terms was for withdrawal of present miscellaneous civil application seeking transfer of proceeding.

In view of the same, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this miscellaneous civil application.
