The validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the Petitioner is pending since 31.12.2020. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the vigilance is not yet conducted. The Petitioner is an elected Member of the Panchayat.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the Respondents.

The Petitioner shall appear before Respondent No. 2 Committee on 14.02.2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the

(02) months.
