Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 Municipal Council states on instructions that since the order dated 01.12.2015 has been issued without observing the principles of natural justice, the same would be withdrawn and appropriate proceedings would be initiated. It is stated that further order, if any, would be passed in observance of the principles of natural justice and after extending opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Municipal Council, the grievance made by the petitioner in the instant petition has been redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
