We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the post of Sarpanch of the Grampanchayat Khambala, Taluka and District Hingoli is not reserved for OBC (female) category from 1995. The illegalities are committed by the respondents while reserving the post of Sarpanch of Grampanchayat Khambala for SC (female) category. 3.

The petitioner is not an elected member of the Grampanchayat, nor the petitioner belongs to the category of OBC (female). The petitioner would not be affected in any manner. 4.
