The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the original claimant Shilawati Sukhdeo Mane is died during the pendency of the appeal. Hence her heirs and legal representatives be taken on record.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant to take steps within two weeks.
