On 14.11.2019, this Court has passed the following order :- 1.
The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents indicates from the certifed copy obtained on 21/08/2019 in Reg.Civil Suit No. 808/2019 that the parties have settled the dispute amongst themselves in the National Lok Adalat. I have perused the compromise purshis Exh.9 and the orders passed in the National Lok Adalat on 17/03/2019. The photostat copy of the compromise terms and orders are collectively marked "x" for identifcation. The parties have also agreed to withdraw this petition.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner
- 2 - submits that he has received oral information that the petitioner has passed away. He prays for one week's time to take instructions.

Stand over to 21/11/2019 for "passing orders".

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he could not develop a contact with the petitioner despite his best efforts. Somebody had told the learned advocate that the petitioner has passed away. 3.
Learned advocate Mr. Chapalgaonkar submits on instructions from his clients that the petitioner is very much alive. 4.
Considering the compromise terms marked as "X" for identifcation, this petition is disposed off. The impugned order stands merged in the compromise terms.

Rule is discharged.
