In continuation of order passed by this Court on 20.07.2017 wherein the Advocate for the petitioner sought time to take instructions as to whether restoration petition has been filed after the order of dismissal was passed.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner that though he had challenged the order passed below Exh. 14 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 41 of 2011, Regular Civil Appeal No. 41 of 2011 has been dismissed in default on 11.08.2016 and the appellant therein i.e. present petitioner had not taken any steps for restoration of the same. 3.
