PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing this application and further prays for issuance of notice to the unserved respondents in the Writ Petition. Though in the application it is mentioned that the paper publication will be done in Daily Punyanagari, Aurangabad Edition, Aurangabad, learned advocate for the applicant submits that the notice will be published in any Marathi local news paper having wide circulation.

Shri Nawandar, learned Advocate do not oppose. However, it is prayed that the costs may be imposed.

For the reasons set out in the application and since the delay is only of 27 days, this civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 4.

Issue Notice to the unserved respondents 1 and 3 in Writ Petition No. 7064 of 2013, returnable on 12.2.2016. The notice to the unserved respondents shall be published by the applicant in Daily Sakal (Marathi), Aurangabad Edition and a copy of the same shall be placed on record.
