The Petitioner prays that the representations dated 16.12.2023 and 08.01.2024 may be considered in the light of the Government Resolutions as are applicable to the fishing tanks. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

If Respondent No.1 has jurisdiction to deal with the representations of the Petitioner, same may be considered within a period of 90 days. If he is of the view that he does not have
