1] This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and

CA 9747/16 in RC 75/16 in WP 21142/15 - 2 - set aside. Delay occurred in presenting the civil application for restoration of the writ petition is condoned. The applicant shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in this civil application shall be deemed to be recalled without further reference to the Court.
