The petitioner-bank is aggrieved by the judgment of the Labour Court, Jalna, dated 2nd December, 2002, by which, Complaint (ULP) No. 124/1997 filed by respondent No.2 -complainant has been allowed. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the judgment of the Industrial Court, Jalna, dated 17th April, 2003, by which Revision (ULP) No. 16 of 2003 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

The learned Advocate for the original complainant submits that the complainant was reinstated in service as this
2 W.P. No. 1898/2003 Court refused interim relief. He has retired from service on 31st December, 2003. He has been paid his retiral benefits including gratuity and provident fund accumulations. This petition is therefore, rendered of an academic interest.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner-bank submits that despite his best efforts, the officials of the bank are not responding.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.
Rule is discharged.
