Shri Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The petitioners may avail the remedy as may be permissible in law. 4.

Shri Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that protection of 7 (seven) days may be granted to avail the appropriate remedy. The notice has been issued for removal of the encroachment. 5.

Respondent No. 3 may not proceed further for taking possession from the petitioners for a period of 7 (seven) days from today.

Needless to state, after lapse of 7(seven) days, the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
