The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Latur has decided Motor Accident Claim Petition No.223 of 2016 under section 166 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988. The appellant wants to challenge the said judgment. Hence the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is allowed to withdraw with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
