The learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the identical case, this Court by order dated 10.11.2022 has condoned the delay of 2445 days, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.

In view of the above, delay of 2445 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of, subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the above said delay period.
