The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that vide present proceedings, the Status-quo in relation to respondent No.10 granted by Maharahtra Wakf Tribunal, Aruangabad on 15/11/2021, in Wakf Application No.38 of 2021, and its subsequent continuation, is challenged by the applicants.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that application itself has been decided by the Wakf Tribunal, and therefore, nothing survives in the present revision application. 3.
