Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the Headmaster of Sant Namdev Aadivasi Ashram School, Jambhrun (Andh), Taluka & District : Hingoli, has submitted proposal to respondent in respect of Assured Career Progress Scheme on completion of 12 years' service by the petitioners. However, respondent nos.3 and 4 have not taken decision on the said proposal.

We direct respondent no.4 to forward the aforesaid proposal, after verifying the factual details about the service rendered by the petitioners and the relevant policy of the State Government, to respondent no.3, if already not forwarded, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks

(3) W.P. No. 1443 of 2016 from today. Upon receiving such proposal, respondent no.3 to consider the said proposal keeping in view the service record of the petitioners, their entitlement for the Assured Career Progress Scheme on completion of 12 years' service, in accordance with Government policy and after satisfying itself, take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 10 weeks from receiving such proposal, in case, same is not already decided. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
