This matter was heard for some time. After we expressed our disinclination, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over beyond lunch recess. 2.

After the matter was called out post lunch session, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since he intends to make a request to the competent authorities, during the ensuing transfer process, for being considered to be relocated to a nearby place.

Smt. Diggikar, the learned advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that no assurance is being extended today. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same would be considered strictly in accordance with the policy / rules / practice that is followed.
