Mr.Kedar, learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the applications on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated in the application. Only administrative reasons are mentioned which is not sufficient for condoning the delay.

I have gone through the reasons enumerated in the applications. The non-applicants have not controverted the reasons stated in the applications.

I have also gone through the Judgment. To meet the ends of justice, it is expedient to condone the delay. 5.
For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The delay is condoned. The Civil Applications are disposed of.
