PER COURT :- This Court, while disposing of the writ petition, directed imposition of costs of Rs.10,000/- against MPSC and reasons are recorded for imposition of the costs.

We do not find anything irregular or arbitrary in the action of the Court in directing imposition of the costs. The application is devoid of merit and hence stands rejected.

Considering the request made, however, time is extended by 12 weeks for depositing the amount of costs and taking further action.
