Though the civil application is made for speaking to the minutes so as to make correction in the order dated 04.12.2024 to the extent of reference to the survey number, it turns out that there is no error in the order and the error is in the prayer clause of the petition. Leave is sought to correct it.

Civil Application is allowed. Leave granted to correct the survey number in the prayer clauses. Once the amendment is made, necessary correction be made even in the judgment and order dated 04.12.2024 and a fresh order be uploaded.
