Today only application for intervention bearing Criminal Application No.289/2021 is considered. In view of the nature of contentions made in this application and the record and also the contentions made in Criminal Application No. 2238/2020 this Court holds that it is desirable that the intervention application needs to be allowed so that entire factual aspect is brought to the notice of the Court. So, Criminal Application No. 289/2021 is allowed. Direction is given to applicants from Criminal Application No. 2238/2020 to show intervenor as respondent. Learned counsel Shri. Irpatgiri waives notie for intervenor. He may fle separate reply also in the matter. Keep the matter for fnal disposal at admission stage on 23.4.2021.
