During the course of hearing, this Court finds that though application Exh. 55 was filed on behalf of Defendant Nos. 2 to 4, in the impugned order, more particularly, in clause 2 of the operative part it is recorded that Defendant Nos. 2 to 5 are to be transposed as Plaintiffs. This apparently a typographical error.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seek leave to move appropriate application before trial Court for correcting said error.

Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
