2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have made several efforts to serve respondent nos.1 and 2 on the address available with the applicants, as such, the applicants seek leave to serve respondent nos.1 and 2 through paper publication. Considering the said fact, the present application may be allowed.

3] For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
