Heard. Though the delay of 2766 days seems inordinate in nature, but under order dated 11.01.2019, this Court in other similar matter arising out of same group has condoned, delay of 2676 days subject to condition that the applicants therein shall not be entitled any interest for such delay period.

In view of the same, this application stands allowed and the delay of 2766 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants herein shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
