The Competent Authorities of the Bank have been arrayed as respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the Chairman of State Bank of India need not to be arrayed as respondent. He has filed Civil Application No. 632 of 2021 for seeking deletion.

Considering the above, we are of the view that the Chairman of the State Bank of India is not a necessary party. 4.

The petitioner is directed to delete respondent No. 1 and rearrange the respective respondents as respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Consequentially, the Civil Application is disposed off. 5.

We expect, the respondents to enter an affidavit-in-reply as per the request, on or before 8th April, 2022.
