The tribe certificate is issued to the Petitioner with incorrect spelling. The Petitioner applied for tribe certificate with correct spelling on 27.01.2022.

The Petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor. On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the Petitioner with incorrect spelling, the Sub-Divisional

2 wp 1788.2022 Officer, Degloor shall after verifying that the tribe certificate is issued by it's office shall issue the tribe certificate to the Petitioner with correct spelling within 15 days from the date of submission of tribe certificate with incorrect spelling.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
