The order of which disobedience has been alleged is complied with by Respondent No.1. However, there is delay

106.14CP in compliance of order and to that effect, Respondent No.1 has tendered unconditional apology.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Suresh Chandra Poddar vs. Dhani Ram and others1 has taken a view that even where the order of court is complied with, subsequent to receipt of notice of contempt, court should show judicial grace and magnanimity in dealing with action for contempt.

In that view of the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
